Kamocsay – Mór

Made by Akos Kamocsay Junior, son of the owner of the respected Hilltop winery and trained in South Africa and Napa. The Mór valley runs between the Vertes and the Bakony mountains and has become the modern home for the native Hungarian Ezerjo variety.

The Móri Ezerjo grapes are picked at full ripeness with a portion of surmature fruit. Vinification of the free-run juice takes place in used 5hl casks where the wine ages for 6 months with weekly batonnage. 215 cases made.
