Akashi-Tai Brewery Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Sake 72cl

7% abv

Vol- 72cl

Delicacy meets zest, featuring hints of lemon, peach, and banana. This sake offers an invigorating first impression, with refreshing, soft citrus notes and a harmoniously balanced finish.

Junmai Ginjo sparkling sake undergoes a bottle fermentation process that naturally infuses it with delicate effervescence. This innovative style from Akashi-Tai showcases the expertise toji by fusing traditional sake brewing methods with a secondary fermentation technique. The fresh and light profile makes Junmai Ginjo sparkling a versatile choice that can be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif, or throughout the meal.

This sake comes best served in a fine sparkling wine glass to reveal its balanced harmony, with delicate fruit notes and the famous Japanese “umami”. Naturally carbonated, so avoid shaking. Best enjoyed lightly chilled, this sparkling sake will be savoured for its unique flavour and strength.
