Each vintage winemaker Guillaume Letang travels the vineyards of his grower partners, blending that year's truest expression's of Chile's unique terroirs. He and his partners have been building relationships across Chile over the past two decades, sourcing fruit and wine from across the Central Valleys. They work with a number of small family growers who pay particular attention to quality and ensure that our winemaking team has the best possible fruit to work with . Freshness and purity are the preferred hallmarks of their Chilean wines.
El Infiernillo Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

Coming from a block of fruit in the Casablanca Valley, the Pinot Noir grapes benefit from alluvial soils, a long ripening season and optimum diurnal temperature variatio.
Due to its proximity to the cooling influences of the Pacific Ocean it is ideal for the production of exquisite Pinot Noir.
Fermention takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low fermentation temperatures is used to avoid hard extraction.
There grapes are fragile so there is lots of gentle pumping over help to avoid bad tannis. The wine is aged for 9 months in french oak.
This Casablanca grown Pinot Noir has bright wild strawberry aromatics, which follow through on a palate of cranberry, a touch of creme fraiche which finishes refreshingly crunchy and tart.
