Briottet Creme de Cassis
Edmond Briottet’s Cassis is the world’s ultimate crème de cassis. Crème de Cassis de Dijon is produced exclusively from the blackcurrant variety NOIR DE BOURGOGNE. After macerating the fruit in alcohol for two months Briottet obtain a colourful aromatic juice that releases the full flavour of the famous little berry.
