Robert and Cathy Pouderoux run their family estate entirely organically. Based in the village of Maury in Roussillon. They make dry reds, sweet red Maury, and sweet white Muscat de Rivesaltes.
Domaine Pouderoux Maury Vendange 2019
This is an early bottled style of the classic fortified dessert wines of Maury. Grenache Noir fermented, muted and then bottled after 10 months. Beautiful garnet red colour, brimful of sweet raspberry and blackberry fruit with a fresh cherry crunch. The Domaine Pouderoux is producing some of the best wines from the appellation and are one of the handful of independent growers in the region.
