Nose: Unsullied and fresh being gently spiced, dulcet with a barley sugar backdrop.
Palate: Mixed spices show early, warming to chocolate, ginger, mint and gristy malt.
Finish: A selection of spices show through, all really sweet, combined with moist barley.
