Self-styled 'new kids on the block', the De Boel family had been working for other Rhône Valley wineries in the area since 2011, in 2016 their dream of making their own wines became a reality.
Located in Lemps, in the northern Rhône, between Lyon and Avignon, the family own vineyards in Saint Joseph, Cornas, Collines Rhodaniennes, Côtes du Rhône Villages Massif d'Uchaux and Sainte Cécile, as well as in Côtes du Rhône.

“Fat is life! Everything is said… It is our tribute to the butchers, and to this almost lost winter tradition where we killed the pig and missed the weekend making puddings, sausages, pâtés and other rillettes! It was a time of rejoicing, of sharing between family and friends, a true moment of conviviality and joy, and that is the whole state of mind of this wine! It explodes with its red and black fruit, its spicy and almost meaty side. Fleshy, it remains fresh and guzzling in the mouth. Here is one who knows how to stand at the table!” Nelly & Arnaud De Boel
