Darkside – an affectionate name for the Wirral Peninsula, home of Tappers
Darkside Gin is our signature spirit, inspired by our coastal foraging heritage and made with fresh, natural, seaside botanicals that include sea beet, chickweed and red clover.
An all-natural amber hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending a full-bodied mouthfeel and distinctively complex savoury taste of the sea.
Darkside is the recipient of international accolades for quality from the world’s spirit experts at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The Gin Guide Awards selected Darkside as “Best English Compound Gin”.
