” The NV (2019) PN VZ is another terrific wine in this new range of Champagnes from Bollinger that is now in its fifth release. Exotic floral and spice notes play off a core of Pinot fruit in this captivating, mid-weight offering. Time in the glass accents the wine’s inner sweetness and perfume. Pear, mint, jasmine and white pepper linger. In this release, the (2019) PN VZ is like a mini-Vieilles Vignes Françaises. It’s an incredibly racy, sexy Blanc de Noirs. This release is based on 2019, with 50% reserve wines back to 2009. About half of the reserve wines were aged in magnum. Dosage is 6 grams per liter.” 2024 – 2039

A very expressive, fruity nose where orchard fruits are followed by red and even exotic fruit notes. A symphony of delicate, ethereal scents where every aroma comes together in perfect harmony. We taste all the fruitiness of the nose on the palate, which blends white fruit and citrus notes in a mingling of Granny Smith acidity with fleshy vine peach and vibrant blood orange. A supple, silky texture makes for an extremely elegant wine. A touch of salinity on the finish adds a final flourish of complexity to this new edition.

100% Pinot Noir – one of the key pillars of the Bollinger style and the Maison has built its reputation by showcasing this grape variety. The PN cuvée is the result of research into the different styles of Pinot Noir and its different origins in Champagne. It represents a continuation of the Maison’s heritage and an afirmation of the legendary Bollinger style, while also being a wine that reinvents itself year after year. In this way, each new edition offers a new interpretation of Maison Bollinger’s vineyards and savoir-faire.

Founded in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger, Paul-Joseph Renaudin and Admiral de Vilermont, the company came into it's own in the 20th century with Lily Bollinger at the helm. Bollinger's signature style was delveloped during Lily's tenure and it's rich, oak-aged, Pinot dominant style has many dedicated fans.

What do I pay for delivery?

Orders under £150 are charged an initial £9.95 incl. VAT.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly.
Orders under £190 are charged an initial £12.00 incl.

All stock bought from Bond will be charged at delivery cost as quoted by the bond. As this varies dependent on the location of the wines and ultimate destination this will be quoted to you at the point of billing for VAT and duty.

And can we change order.

Deliveries are normally between 09.00 and 17.00 Tuesday to Friday and a signature is required on receipt of delivery. (We do not ship on a Friday for Monday delivery unless specifically requested to do so).

A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been processed and shipped. You will be sent a further email and/or text with a delivery time slot and a consignment number along with instructions on how to amend this if required.

If you are out a card is left, with an instruction to call the local depot to re-arrange delivery. Alternatively, you can inform us to “leave safe”, “leave with a neighbour”, “leave in garage” etc. and we will pass this information onto the courier. Please remember that, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, alcohol will only be left with persons over 18 Years Old.

We use Mailsafe packaging and double walled cardboard boxes for secure shipping of all bottles. Clear labelling marked FRAGILE is applied and all our despatches.

UK mainland deliveries are overnight from confirmation of despatch with the exception of the following postcodes where deliveries are made on a 2 to 5 day service from despatch : 

IV 3 to 11, IV14 to 28, IV 40 & IV 51 to 54, IV 63. KW 1 to 3 & KW 5 to 14. PH 33 to 41
