After training as a sommelier, Christophe Regi honed his expertise working with famous Michelin starred chefs like Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV in Monaco and Yves Thuriés at Cordes-sur-ciel. With 25 years’ experience in the world of wine and champagne, he decided to go out on his own and create this signature brand of Champagne. The origin of Christophe Regi’s grapes is paramount. They come from Ambonnay, Aÿ, Bouzy on the Montagne de Reims and Avize, Cramant, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-oger in the Côte des Blancs. The extended sur lie aging process of five years minimum for the Brut and seven years for the Ultra Brut infuses them with a range of exceptional aromas - white flowers, stone fruits and toasted hues - making Regi Champagnes wines of character.

A delicate bouquet, revealing a fragrance of white flowers, frangipani flowers, and orange blossoms. Characterised by a light, upfront palate with notes of fresh orange pulp, lemon meringue and bergamot, it has a simultaneously creamy and ardent texture typical of the great Cote Blanche Chardonnays. 100% Chardonnay from 2013 crop with 35% Reserve Wines
