Considered to be the oldest Champagne house established in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, nephew of Dom Thierry Ruinart who was close friends with Dom Perignon. Since 1963 Ruinart has been part of luxury good company LVMH. The house is best know for it's excellent use of Chardonnay especially in it's flagship Dom Ruinart and it's non vintage Blanc de Blancs.

A blend of 100% premier cru Chardonnay from different years, this non vintage features a profuse mousse that provokes a supple and harmonious palate. This is a well-balanced, rich, suave and soft wine, with subtle honey and mineral flavours and a long, sustained finish.
