French Bloom is rooted in the historic French terroir of Limoux. Celebrated as the birthplace of sparkling wine, it has origins dating back to 1544, over a century ahead of Champagne. This oceanic terroir benefits from vines influenced by the Atlantic Ocean, with more regular rainfall, higher humidity and moderate temperatures. Long-time friends, Maggie & Constance who live on opposite sides of the Atlantic, meet again in Paris in 2019. Maggie ( FREREJEAN-TAITTINGER) who was Director of the International Development of the Michelin Guide, was pregnant with twins. Constance ( CONSTANCE JABLONSKI) pursued her international career as a top model driven by a quest for well-being against all odds. During social gatherings, they both realize how non-alcoholic, festive and sophisticated drinks are non-existent and the idea for French Bloom was born. Both wanted, through their female led brand, to give an alternative drink to those wanting to celebrate elegantly and differently, making the most of the precious moments shared with friends and family. With the support of an executive leadership team including Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, CEO of Champagne Frerejean Frères, French Bloom set out to create a premium alcohol-free French sparkling with an elevated flavor architecture. French Bloom benefits from the knowledge of France's savoir-faire in sparkling wine processes to elaborate a new excellence of French celebration, but this time without alcohol.
