Château Biac’s is situated high over a meander of the Garonne River and the plain of the Graves, a timeless witness to the region’s history and also to the geological movements of the area, now embedded in its unique “terroir”.
Developed since the 17th century the modern iteration now covers 15 hectares and is home to the energy, skill & enthusiasm of current owners Tony, Youmna, Yasmina, Gabriel and Antonia. The family are from Lebanon and add their story (and that of how they came to own the estate) to that of the generations who have made this wonderful location home.

Vol- 50cl
Golden yellow, clear and bright. Orange marmalade, ripe mango, a touch of spices: cinnamon, nutmeg and white pepper. Silky and generous with a dry apricot flavour and a spicey finale; a touch of wood still present which needs to age to mellow the spicey notes; much finesse, elegance, complexity and a vibrant freshness.
Grapes are chosen meticulously one by one in several passages though the 1.4ha vineyard, dictated by the presence of the Noble Rot: Botrytis Cinerea.16 months in barrel. 94% Semillon 6% Sauvignon Blanc
