Daftmill is a farm distillery. Owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, it only runs in the farm’s quiet periods; midsummer and winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. When not distilling, Francis Cuthbert looks after the estate, growing the malting barley used to make this Lowland whisky.

Vol- 5cl
Nose full of the sweet tropical notes we look for from Daftmill but with a rich sweetness.
Lots of the barley sugar and malt on the palate, but with a distinct sweet dark fruit uplift on the finish that lets you know there’s a little sherry in there.
A deep, complex lengthy dram that does not need to be black as night to be fantastic
