Maxime DUBUET BOILLOT worked for 8 years at the Henri et Gilles REMORIQUET estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges, before having the opportunity to return to his family land. He then vinifies at the DUBUET BOILLOT estate, 6.5 hectares in Volnay, near his uncle Philippe BOILLOT, who took over the family estate, with a view to a potential transmission. A passionate worker, Maxime started with the Sur-Roches terroir in Volnay in order to position this cuvée as the signature of the estate. We look forward to seeing what the future holds from the wines of Maxime..
