As growers, they are committed to producing the highest quality fruit for all varietals because they know that premium fruit is essential to great wines.
Wilson Vineyard The Crusher Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Flavors of black raspberry, Bing cherry and hints of tart cranberry join rich caramel and smoky sandlewood notes from its 11 months of aging on 100% new French oak. The wine is rich and ripe yet with firm structure and gripping tannins that linger through the finish.
The Crusher Cabernet Sauvignon is sprinkled with aromatics of blackberry, tree-ripened fig, toasted cedar and hints of mocha. A truly expressive wine, also showing hints of violet, rosemary and coconut. Bold, dark cherry and blackberry compote laced with rich, dark chocolate covered coffee bean. Soft and mouth-coating tannins finishing with nuances of dark caramel and graham cracker from oak aging.
