Gente de Mezcal Espadin
A joven mezcal from Gente de Mezcal made using only the Espadín agave, harvested from the Oaxaca region. The production method follows traditional techniques and acestral knowledge from the Mexican communities, the piñas in this mezcal were baked in a ground oven and crushed with a stone mill before natural fermentation.
A floral fan floods the palate. Electric at first, a nip of macho chilli on the tip of the tongue, which then rhythmically softens its imprudencen all the while building up notes of velvety caramel. A burnt plain fading into the sunset.
